Return Policy
We value you, our customer, and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! Below is our return and exchange policy:
- Regular priced merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving the item to receive in-store credit.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. Items that appear to be worn, washed or altered will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns based on the item(s) condition.
- Any custom printed items are non-refundable.
- Excessive returns may lead to a 20% restocking fee.
- All holiday specific items cannot be returned.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Earrings cannot be returned.
To process a return, you must contact us at staceymollenhauer@gmail.com with your order number and item to return/exchange. Please do not send your item back until your request to return or exchange has been approved and you have received an email for next steps.
Damaged Items
We strive to bring you high quality merchandise, however, if you happen to receive a damaged item, we would be more than happy to replace the item for you (if available) and pay for the shipping fees. Please email us at staceymollenhauer@gmail.com to submit the damaged information. You must submit this with in 3 days of receiving. If we are not notified with in 3 days, then will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. Also a photo of the damaged item may be requested.
